Extech Ez40 Combustible Gas Detector can detect natural gases like Methane, Lacquer Thinner, Alcohol, Ammonia, Gasoline, Jet Fuel, Hydrogen Sulfide, Smoke, Ethane, Propane, Butane, Acetone, Industrial Solvents, Naphtha, Steam Carbon Monoxide via solid-state sensor which is connected to the flexible gooseneck probe for bending the sensor into the difficult applications. This gas detector is highly sensitive to changes in the environment and includes a thumb controlled sensitivity adjustment wheel which can be used to filter out the effects of background gas levels.
