Novus USB Head Mounted Temperature Transmitter uses standard HART configuration and supervision software which helps users with great flexibility in remote configuration and calibration capability using two-wire 4-20 mA current loop without the necessity to remove the transmitter from the plant.

Novus USB Head Mounted Temperature Transmitter is a high-precision head-mounted temperature transmitter. With the help of a native USB port, configuration, calibration, and online monitoring in the lab or the field become easier.
Features of Novus Temperature Transmitter:
- Universal input accepts Thermocouples J, K, T, E, N, R, S, B and Pt100, Pt1000 and NTC, RTD with a programmable working range
- Loop-powered 4-20 mA output
- Programmable Ranges for Zero & Span from software
- Cold junction compensation for thermocouples
- 3 or 4 wires Pt100 connection is used for Cable resistance compensation
- Direct PC connection for configuration is allowed using a USB Micro-B port

Configuration Software:
By using an ordinary USB Micro-B cable, Configuration is made easier. The Transmitter can be configured for input type, ranges, and calibration using the NOVUS-free configuration software.
